The project
Polina Severin founded Polina's Cleaning in Minneapolis in 1998 as a one-woman operation. Today it offers regular and deep cleaning, move-in and move-out, post-construction, office and property-management cleaning across the Twin Cities.
People hiring a cleaner want to know three things fast: what exactly gets cleaned, what it costs, and how soon someone can come. The new site answers them in that order — and is built so the team can add services and articles without a developer. The build is finished on staging; the public domain hasn't been switched over yet.
What we did
01Two doors on every page
“Get a Quote” and “Book a Cleaning” sit in the header everywhere. The first opens a short request form — service, contact details, neighbourhood; the second opens online booking through the company's BookingKoala account.
02Service pages that say what's included
Each service has its own page with a room-by-room checklist, when to book it and an FAQ. A deep clean lists the oven, the grout and the baseboards, so nobody has to ask.
03A CMS the team can run
Services and blog articles are two Webflow CMS collections, each with one template. Adding a seventh service or a new article is filling in a form, not building a page.
04Motion and speed
Sections and elements have custom animations — a video hero, counters, a three-step “how it works” — and the site was tuned for search and Core Web Vitals so it stays quick on a phone.

What we built
Five static pages and two CMS templates — the templates are where the site grows.

| Service | CMS template — regular, deep, move-in / move-out, commercial, post-construction, property management |
| Blog | Static — index of articles |
