The project
Perun calls itself the first fully automated peer-to-peer energy trading platform in Poland. Prosumers — homes and businesses that produce renewable energy — sell to other users through auctions settled by the hour, and buyers can purchase from many smaller sellers at once instead of one.
It's a new idea in a market people find confusing. The website's job was to make it feel simple and safe: what you gain as a seller, what you gain as a buyer, and exactly how to join.
What we did
01One page for two audiences
Sellers and buyers each get their own section — earn without intermediaries, buy energy cheaper — with the details that matter to them, from meter confirmation to keeping your current supplier.
02The process as six steps
Register, send the documents, get activated, bid in auctions, then receive energy or profit. A clear step-by-step turns a regulated process into something anyone can follow.
03Answers before questions
An FAQ covers who can join, what it costs, whether you need a licence or to cancel your current contract — the questions that stop people before they sign up.

How Perun works
The step-by-step section, as it appears on the site.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1 · Register | Create an account to access the platform. |
| 2 · Documents | Provide the paperwork, including consent to read your meters. |
| 3 · Activation | Perun activates your account and energy points — you can now bid. |
| 4 · Auctions | Choose when, how much and at what price to buy or sell, hour by hour. |
| 5 · Buyers | Receive energy from one or more sellers once your offer is accepted. |
| 6 · Sellers | Receive your profit once the meter reading is confirmed and the auction settles. |
