We collect data you submit through the contact form (name, email, company, message) and booking data processed by Cal.com when you schedule a call. Basic technical data (device, browser) may be processed for analytics once you consent via the cookie banner.
To respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold meetings you request, and — with your consent — to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Processing is based on your consent (analytics cookies), steps taken at your request before entering a contract (enquiries, bookings), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.
Data is shared only with processors necessary to run the site: our hosting provider (Hostinger, EU), scheduling (Cal.com) and — if you consent — analytics providers. Each processes data under a data processing agreement.
Essential cookies keep the site functional. Optional categories (marketing, personalization, analytics) are off by default and controlled through the cookie preferences panel, available any time via the button in the bottom-left corner.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO).
