The process of creating a website is usually associated with agony and choosing the right templates — here it was realized in a flash! All functions that were used on the site were momentarily implemented at any request.

Intro

Modum School is a Warsaw tutoring school: qualified tutors, one-to-one lessons and small group courses that prepare students for the matura and university entrance exams — online or in person.

Its CEO wanted a site that sold the school the way its best tutors do: start with a free lesson, then find the right format. We designed and built it around that first step.

What the site delivers:

  • A free trial lesson as the first step on every page
  • Two clear paths: individual packages and group courses
  • Student and parent reviews, including video, next to every decision

Meet Modum School

Modum teaches four subjects — maths, physics, Polish and English — at basic and extended level. Students choose between one-to-one lessons with a tutor and group courses that run on a fixed weekly schedule.

Most families find the school through recommendations, so the site had to feel like one: specific, reassuring, and quick to answer “how much, when, and with whom?”.

The Modum School team

The challenge we tackled

Two products, one decision

Individual lessons and group courses work differently — packages versus schedules — but families shouldn't have to understand both to take the first step.

Price without sticker shock

Tutoring is a monthly cost. Prices had to be clear, and the reasons to commit to more lessons visible.

Trust from strangers

Families pick tutors on recommendation. The site needed that word of mouth on the page — in students' own words.

Changing schedules

Group courses start on set dates each term. The schedule had to be easy for the school to update and easy for parents to read.

Another advantage is the professional advice from Maks, who knows his stuff! Very factual and specific. If you decide to cooperate with us, you will certainly not regret it and in no time you will have excellent results!

Our approach

01Lead with the free lesson

The hero offers one thing: a free trial lesson with a qualified tutor — individually or in a group — with the four subjects listed right under it.

02Two paths, clearly split

Individual lessons are sold as packages of 5 to 40, with the price per lesson falling as the package grows. Group courses show a term schedule and a choice of paying once or in two or three instalments.

03Proof next to every decision

Google reviews from students and parents, a video testimonial and the school's Warsaw address with a map sit beside the offers, so trust is built where the choice is made.

Tutoring is sold on trust, not features. So the first thing every visitor sees isn't a price — it's a free lesson with a real tutor.

Group courses, paid your way

Every group course is 81 hours, online or in person, at basic or extended level. Families choose only how to pay — and the middle option is marked as the popular one.

    1 500 zł · once

    • One payment
    • 81 teaching hours
    • Online or in person
  2. 02

    • Switch groups in the same track
  3. 03

    665 zł × 3

    • Three equal instalments
    • Same 81 hours
    • Lowest monthly cost
A live term schedule sits next to the prices — subject, level, online or in person, weekday and start date — so parents can pick a group, not just a plan.

Pricing that rewards commitment

Individual lessons come in four packages, 60 minutes each. Showing what each package saves makes the value of committing obvious — without a single discount banner.

Two ways to start

Both paths begin with the same free lesson, then split by what the student needs.

The results

Modum got a site that sells two formats without confusing either — and, in its CEO's words, got it without the usual agony.

Summary

The site doesn't try to explain everything a tutoring school does. It gets a family to a free lesson, then makes the next choice — package or group — easy to understand.

As Modum's CEO put it, choosing templates and fighting over features is usually agony. Here, every function was implemented as soon as it was asked for.

A quest app that turns Web3 communities into classrooms

BlockQuest lets Web3 communities teach their users through quests: paths of tasks that earn XP when a community verifies the work. We designed both sides — the app learners play in and the console communities run it from.
